3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Pink sea salt, for rim
3 ounces soda water
3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

RECIPE
Combine gin, grapefruit and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice and strain into an ice-chilled, pink salt-rimmed Collins glass, top with soda and serve with straw.
