Staple Gin
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
2 ¼ ounces Staple Gin
1 ounce dry vermouth
3 dashes Angostura orange
bitters (optional)
1 lemon twist, for garnish
3 olives, for garnish
RECIPE
Place a martini glass in the freezer. Skewer olives on cocktail pick, and make the lemon twist. Combine bitters, vermouth, and gin in a mixing glass filled with ice. Fill glass with ice and stir rapidly. Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass. Add the lemon twist over the cocktail and add three skewered olives.
